A reminder arrived late or not at all

Open Settings → Reminder check in Duebird. It shows what could be stopping reminders on your phone, with one-tap fixes and tips for Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, vivo and other phones, and can send you a test reminder.

I bought Pro and it isn't showing

Make sure the Play Store is signed in to the Google account you bought it with, then open Settings → Duebird Pro → Restore. Pro is also restored automatically when the app starts.

Moving to a new phone

Android's own backup usually brings your list across. To be sure, open Settings → Backup and restore → Save a backup, keep the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone, and choose Restore from a file there.

Deleting your data

Delete items in the app, or uninstall Duebird to remove everything from your phone. Duebird has no server, so there is nothing stored anywhere else by us.
